Day 3 let's go. Got a portion of honey chicken recipe for main meal already. Breakfast on the go now. Lunch might be tricky out with Joe but as long as I stick to salad and mint tea should be OK. DETERMINED to get this right this time. Had a few very hungry moments yesterday but that's cos I left it too long between meals and was looking after Kyle.
