Not feeling too great right now. Just weighed in and am up. It has to be either water or muscle, but it still pisses me off. Actually as I write this, I am realizing that I really worked by body the last few days and all my muscles are sore and that equates to 2 things. Water retention in the muscles as they are rebuilding and rebounding from the extra exercise. And the second thing is that I have increased muscle mass and that is heavier than fat. So, those are the reasons for weight gain and all is good. Now, if I can just keep telling myself that over and over until I feel better. Fake it till you make it. I have a new resolve to turn it up another notch this week and get down to 360 next weigh in (that will be 75 lbs gone). Wish me luck.
