Good morning everybody. Can I just express how sore I am!!! The workout I did on Sunday still has my body hurting...it's the good hurt though. My knee feels a lot better. I thought I had twisted it weird Sunday...it was a little achy. Anyway, I went to step class last night and that was really good. I've been doing great with my diet. I'm hoping to lose a couple of pounds by the end of the week...I'm sick of this plateau...with all the different routines I've been doing, I'm hoping it will kick start the losing again. My sister-in-law has decided that she wants to fight in MMA, you know UFC. I'm not sure how that's going to pan out, b/c she barely gets her normal workouts in. I told her I would be her sparring and rolling partner, so we'll see what happens there. I admit, I wouldn't mind fighting, but I don't know how I would feel if I had to go to work with a black eye. I've never had a broken bone in my life, and I definitely don't want to start now. :) Have a great day everybody!!
