Back to the strict calorie count today. Had a day out yesterday. Started with very low cal breakfast at home. The carvery was very tempting but I only had one small roast pot and a couple of bits of roast parsnips. Had one slice of each roast and loads of veg. One small stuffing and one yorkshire pud. The best dessert was meringue which I had with a little fruit and scraped the cream out. Should not have had starter one croquette, smoked salmon, stuffed Aubergine slice. However no more food that day. One fresh orange drink. Hopefully not too much over and did keep low on the day before so fingers crossed I will have lost something by Friday.
