I went to the gym last night and did the ellyptical machine, treadmill (jogged) and did some weight training. I'm really working on my triceps right now. We women know how hard it is to tone that area!! Anyway, I've been eating good and my husband is doing great!! I can't wait to see how much he's lost after his 9-day detox. Just waiting for Sunday to get here so we can both weigh in. This is a holiday weekend so we're going to try to go somewhere and hike or something. Have a great day everyone!!
