Giving up = NO! No! No!
Despite the weight not coming off right now I am going to keep plugging through. If the scale doesn't really start to move again for me tomorrow then I will do an apple day.
It is so hard to get psyched up to do an apple day. On this diet you already feel so restricted that when you have a plateau its just a major hurdle to get over. I already drink a lot of water so I know that isn't going to help.
Being able to have consistent bowel movements would help. Smoothe move doesn't help - tried it! Drinking more hot teas doesn't help - tried that. Suppositories - nah - not a lot of help there either. I have simply found that while on this diet my body just take a few days between bm's. Not encouraging when you are really trying to loose the weight.
Praying for a better weight on the scale tomorrow!
