Well remembered to put my pedometer on today. Haven't exercised but will get to it again. Yesterday we had to respond to a semi wreck on our local highway. Amazing the guy made it out with cuts and bruises. Windchill minus 15 and blowing snow. We ended up with about 3 inches but drifts are up to a foot in some places. Beautiful day today. Feeling much better after a solid nights sleep-first in about a week. Think I have won over the cold.

you will get back to exercising cause we feel better when we do, don't we? I would be hibernating like a grumpy old bear if it was that cold at my home! Brrrrr!
