My body seems to be adjusting to low carb, I have more energy today than since I started. Logging food 100%, keeping that up it'll become habitual and second nature again. Yesterday evening my 2 year old grandson helped me till up the yard, spread topsoil, plant grass, and cover it with hay. Actually he covered me with hay more than the yard. Giving him rides in the wheelbarrow was fun for both of us and got some cardio going for me. Tomorrow is our annual family reunion, I'll be getting 2 bushels of #1 male crabs. There will be other stuff but I'll have no problem sticking to crabs and a couple of Michelob Ultra's. Got to have beer with my crabs!
