Well today is day 12. I know that I should have started phase two already, but I'm reluctant since I'm still worried about the carb cravings. Phase one keeps me in control, but of course it can get very boring not eating meat. So now I need to strategize so that I can keep in control. I seriously need to get this weight off. I'm feeling pretty motivated and honestly my appetite is back in control. I didn't finish my dinner last night, which is a HUGE feat for me. I've been doing the wii with my little guy and hoping that it will not only boost my metabolism, but tighten up some looseness that I hate.
