What is wrong with me? I have shown complete lack of self control today. I did the same thing yesterday! I actually planned to splurge at lunch and eat buffalo wings so I saved flex points for it. It's what I ate after lunch I am upset about. I went on a binge again. Now I feel like crap and I'm really upset with myself. This is the worst I have done since starting WW. I'm positive it will show on the scale too.

It will be ok. I usually do that sort of thing when i start feeling too good about myself. Kinda a self sabotage thing, It will give me something to be down on myself for. If I could learn to love myself and treat myself the way i treat others My self esteem would be much better. You are doing great. hang in there.
