Hello all, wasn't a really good week. Started with sweets cravings, and went downhill... I kept jogging, but that's about the only good thing that I did. Don't be mistaken, I feel great, but I'm about to move my bed to the pantry... I feel like I'm just eating all day long, and not making the best eating decisions at that.
On the plus side, I've been keeping dry for 2 weeks, still 2 weeks to go (dry month after x-mas, and I started on the day I went back to work, so Jan 11th until Feb 11th.
