Just got home from my Weigh in.... 15.5 lbs lost in 4 weeks... 31 pounds to goal... thats a total of 142 lbs gone.

Thanks for your encouragement... I just got weighed tonight... I lost 8lbs for the past 2 weeks, so now I have lost 150lbs total leaving me with 23lbs to goal

Wow. The weight you've lost. I've just started again healthy eating. Normally would not be very hopeful of succeeding but if you and others can do it then there's the same chance I can....Do you mind if I look a you diet and maybe see if I can give it a try.
