drinking lemon water, ginseng tea and watching carbs. Did not make it to the gym this week. Had gained water weight during the week but got that down by today. Not below 330 but still in sight ... never again to 340 ...

OK Monday ... drank my quart of lemon water ... mandatory coffee ... at a 180 calorie breakfast bar ... this week I am going to break the 330 level. Must do it ... I am weighing in everyday ... most say do not do it but it keeps my mind on the fat!
