Sorry I've been gone a while. My hubby and I have both been pretty sick and just laying around the house. He's been sick since last Wednesday and I started feeling bad Sunday night. I went to work, but about 3 hours later I left for the rest of the day. I felt so run down and icky. I still haven't completely gotten over it but I'm here at work anyway. I've been doing pretty well on the eating...really haven't had much of an appetite, but of course I haven't done any exercise due to feeling so bad. My equilibrium has been off, so I'm not chancing it dong any extensive exercise.
Other than that, not too much going on. I'm singing in both services at church this Sunday so I have to be better by then. I guess we'll see.

Take care of yourself and get lot's of rest. Exercise will still be there once you're feeling better!
