Seems like my carb content is still high, yes? Not going to be giving up butternut and carrots coz I think that's overboard. Not feeling too different without the bread, bread, and more bread, that I was used to day in and day out. I guess I kinda hoped I'd FEEL different, you know? Aside from any bonus weight loss that happened (or didn't happen, in this case).
