Well, I've got good news and bad news. Bad news... I'm up 1.6 good news, I put a patch back on and have not had a smoke since I got up. I expected to be heaviver today, the last few days I really haven't been on much of a plan at all. Yesterday was the grand opening for Vic's resturaunt and my best friend was in town from SC so we went and ate there and I ate every last bite on my plate! Then I had 2 cupcakes last night along with a few other sugary munchies. The night before I made a chicken dish which was unbelievable good but full of seasame oil. So...there you go... I'm up!

I really need to get to the gym, I haven't been in almost a week.
