This is the month I start getting back to working out. Nothing crazy. Just walking, a little weights to strengthen my arms. Start slow. with my weight gain, I developed breathing issues. As it comes off, I see it improving. Slow and steady. I love this diet. I felt like enjoying a grill cheese last night, and I'm allowed to have it. It's teaching me to rethink food as something to enjoy. Not just shove into my mouth. (Did that make sense?)
