About a month ago I started a hormone replacement therapy (I'm 57). I've gained a few pounds, but my body fat % has remained pretty steady with the usual +/- 0.5%. clothes are fitting better at the waiste but i'm increasing muscle mass in the upper body fairly quickly. Not worried as long as I can keep my BF% under 18%.
