I'm stuck in limbo right now with weight loss and need to get seriously motivated again. Not going backward, holding steady, but not losing either - I've become complacent, not happy with that. Too many carbs, too much deviation from what has gotten me this far. Time to remember why I'm here, why I'm doing this, and get moving along again.

Not hard to become complacent, I have been going through the same thing the last couple months. You're still heading down though, although not at the rate you were, and that is a positive. Look at it as a reset for your metabolism and pick up where you left off. :) The first week or so is always the hardest.

Jmb3450, you just analyzed your own problem, not you have got to get a plan to correct what you already know. You can do it. Stay strong and stay determined.
