Drinking or Food? both? 

Food! I never get lost in drinking. I may overdrink sometimes, but that's not my core addiction. Food is. Nothing else. No gambling, drinking, smoking, or anything. I watched Mom, and interestingly, the main character is in AA and is sober. She recently started gambling. Her mother says 'You know that's you addiction coming out from another hole'. I don't think I'm any longer addicted to food the way I was, but if I scratched the surface, it wouldn't take very much scratching to get to be into an unmanageable state. Foodwise. that's why I'm diligent about my food choices.
