Today I broke my fast during lunch hour and didn’t even eat a 3rd of my lunch before I was called for an emergency, so here I am, a very serious OMADer trying to finish my lunch for supper, eating during a time I should be fasting in. I honestly do not know how I feel about this. On a positive I made 11 000+ steps at work but I would’ve preferred just sticking to my planned diet because I really feel good when I go through everyday having succeeded. I guess I just have to forgive myself and realize I’ve no control over everything and sometimes it’s the getting up after a knockdown that matters.

I believe everything happens in life for a reason or purpose, even if we don't know what it is at the time. Your interrupted lunch was out of your control - so you didn't fail at all. Accept that it happened and continue with OMAD tomorrow. Life happens to everyone. You are doing great! Be proud of yourself 👏🏼
