I kicked butt last night. I went to boxing and did weights and circuit training. I was so sweaty and tired by the end of the workout. We worked out for about 2 hours. My hubby did a different circuit than I did...I'm so proud of him. He is looking so good and his endurance has shot through the roof. I feel a little sore about my lats and throughout my back, and I love it!! Sounds crazy right!! I'm going to yoga and kickboxing tonight so that'll be another good 2 hour workout. I want to go hiking or something this weekend..I just want to be outside doing something active. Only a week and a half till my vacation...I'm so ready. I know I just went out of town, but it wasn't a vacation per se...I'm ready to just vegitate on the beach!! Oh yeah!
Diet is still going strong. Technically, Sunday marks the end of our 3-month journey but we're not stopping. We're going to keep going till we get to our goals. My hubby is at 269 down from 307. He's only 4 lbs. from his fight weight, but he wants to keep going. He's thinking around 250 and then build more muscle to get back to a lean 265. He's going to look good!!! Whoo!!! I'm gettin' that lovin' feelin'!! LOL
