day 3 for the bounce challage,did 5min today,feel good,wished I could get going on taking a walk but Im just being crazy and dont want too,,,Im writing about this so maybe Ill get myself off my butt.my food has been great,no sugar other then whats in fruits,and whats really good NO SODA at all, guess I should pat my self on my back,I AM doing great for today.
