Still haven't stepped on the scale...it's taking everything I have to pass it by each morning. I become too discouraged too quickly. If the numbers aren't where I think they should be, I say,"whatever" and have a piece of cake....Well not this week. I'm sticking with it.
I've been on line trying to find foods for me to eat. I'm finding I'm not getting enough protien. I've cut down on my carbs, so thats good. I'm still unable to eat the reccomended calorie intake, but I'm not hungry so I don't eat.
It's a learning process and there is so much on the internet, I'm confussing myself. Oh well....I'll keep on and hopefully Friday's weigh in will show me I'm on the right road.
I'm feeling good.
