Medi-share member using this as a helper in weight loss.

I dropped 55lbs, got off of three diabetic medicines (from an A1C of 10.2 to a 5.6 - I should have been on insulin), and have perfect blood pressure (still with meds). Decided that discipline spiritually, physically, and emotionally we’re more important. Built a stronger relationship with Christ and more muscle. This has been a fun adventure.

I took a couple of months off and put on 5 pounds. Want to keep moving further down and am refocusing on my food intake and exercise.
