Ending Day (2) of what I consider to be a successful dieting day.
I can't really attest to the caloric deficiency, but what I have attained is :
Eating foods I like
No cravings or obsessive behavior, no psychological or physical hunger between meals.
Eating mindfully, slowly,
Eating wholesome foods.
Eating in a manner that is sustainable going forward, with a little discipline.
The caloric deficiency should show up eventually, slowly. If weight is not loss, from this stepping stone, I should be able to tweak my intake. The important thing for now is to cure or manage the obsessiveness, which took over me for the last months.
Ah! Liberation!
