Awesome dinner tonight, and I forgot to take a picture because I was busy eating it. ;)

In other news, I’ve been peeing like every 10 minutes for the past 4-5 hours.

I better be peeing out fat because this is getting really old, but I’m working the glutes with the up and down the stairs all day. :D
My Water Your Body (app) goal for the day was 156.4oz, and I made it to 164oz.


I'm interested in seeing what the morning weigh in brings.
