Those here will understand- I felt like there was just less in the mirror lately so I did my measurements and some gone in my waist (and my calves!). However that’s if I measured accurately, which is hard to do on yourself.

But tonight in Zumba, wearing my normal clothes, I could tell there was less in the mirror. I’ve been tracking since the end of May and it’s such a victory to see and feel the difference. Thanks for reading.
