Oh, thanks very much for thinking of me. Yes I looked into this about 6 months ago, and downloaded some info and books. Its very restrictive, and I decided to not follow it unless I really had to. I made a few changes and there was a great improvement. I know that bread chocolate sweets) cakes unblanched almonds, cause me trouble right through my digestive system. I am better now than I have been in many years and almost every day I drink kefir that I make. I feel I have it under control. But if things seem to be sliding, the FODMAP info I have collected, will come in handy. I am very grateful for your care, thank you again x
