All those little things add up in ways I did not imagine until I started logging here. All the little things I ate which seem insignificant added up to over 100 calories! Gum, a tiny taste of a chocolate cake are not really things I can indulge in but it is good to see where I am going awry on my diet.

I think my body is wondering what the heck I am doing because it does not want to release the weight this week despite being very active and burning more calories than I am consuming. I am going to continue on with the exercize and 1200 calories a day but change the macros a bit with more protein and less carbs. I am hoping this helps with some of the stagnation I am seeing.
