I always had some film on my tongue…it’s totally gone. My carbs are incredibly low every day and. Somehow the only side effect I had of keto were minor. fatigue which coincided with my cycle so could have been the reason as well. I have no hand tremors. Mild headache gone. Today I am ready to go back to swimming and walking 5 km to the pool. This morning my resting heart rate was 48 beats per minute. I am very sad to seethe carbs go forevermore but not sad to see my early death and obesity go.
