I only lost half a pound since yesterday. I keep gaining and losing and gaining these 20 extra pounds, and it's frustrating. I was SO close to my goal weight earlier this year, and now instead of 5 more pounds to lose, I'm back to 20 away. How do you NOT get discouraged? How do you NOT give up and give in? I just don't know.... And today, I'm feeling a little under the weather. My appetite isn't here (at the moment), but it could come back at any time; and THAT's when I'm afraid of screwing up again. The holidays are almost here; which is what's scaring me because I always end up gaining or staying the same. I'd really like to do better. I'd really like to lose weight, get fit, and stay fit. Those all seem to be damn near impossible at the moment. :\
