Over the past weekend 1/16 to 1/18 it has been difficult to log in all foods. We had another death in the family, spent most time at the funeral home/funeral service. Did not eat as good as I should have. Back to work now on logging food and exercising. Boy, daily life's ups and downs can sure get in the way!!!
