Back on the Eat Food Mostly Vegetables and watching the kinds of carbs I choose. Since 2019, COVID did me no favours and I gained 25lbs. Exercise reduced to almost sedentary. Bought a spin bike, I walk, and added strength training. It’s been 2 weeks and I feel good. This was supposed to be the way for the rest of my days but I thought Jardiance was my carb free load ticket. It is not. I’m at 6.7mmols and I’m not happy about it. I need to get back to my 6.0mmols days. Changing jobs and working in education has been amazing. My goal is to motivate students and staff to keep active and live long and prosper. 🖖🏼
