My goal for the remainder of this month is to get my weight to 150 by end of the month. This means I will be back to the gym/jogging 5 days a week eating healthy meals with no fast food. Got to keep the momentum going. Life is so good and I am so grateful for the weight I have lost so far but it is not time to sink into bad habits that got me here in the first place.
