Tomorrow is another Frittata Friday, and I've been planning this one aaaall week long. I like Mexican chorizo and eggs, so this one is going to be kept simple. This week's frittata will contain: Mexican chorizo, queso fresco, medium cheddar cheese, sliced black olives, and green onions. The garnish will be a fresh salsa, equally simple, which contains: chopped tomatoes, jalapeno peppers, and sweet onions. When it comes to good food, sometimes, less is more; and this frittata holds the promise of being simply delicious. :-)

ERR MUH GERRDDDD. That sounds SO GOOD!!!!! I am a KETO dieter and im also on the downhill of a 42 hour fast. And DANG I wouldn't mind breaking fast with that meal.

LOL! The awesome thing for me is, while living a low carb lifestyle, Atkins, this is "diet" food for me, and will help me to lose weight. :-)
