Day two and I have already fallen off the wagon. I've been under a lot of stress lately and haven't been sleeping well. As a result, I woke up at like 1 PM today. I was busy after that and didn't get a chance to eat anything until 5 ish. It could have been a lot worse than it was. In my hunger, I made bad decisions about what to eat. Luckily, I did not over indulge too much. However, it is only 6 o clock and the night is long when you can't sleep until 4 in the morning.
