Thanks everyone. These were heavy meaty crabs! We used handlines with turkey necks for bait. But more than half were caught scooping them with a net off the posts holding up the pier. The previous day we were on the pier in a storm, that was a little scary. Spent yesterday at Sunfest which was fun...great entertainment on the music stages and my wife found some nice stuff with the craft vendors. Heading back home today but going to a John Denver tribute concert this evening so it's been a really nice vacation.
