So I've been MIA recently. Got REALLY close to goal weight (3lbs. away), and then took a 2 week hiatus; worked out off and on for a few days....and then stopped. Now I'm back.....and I am OUT.OF.SHAPE. Could barely do the workout today. I was already breathing hard on the first round. Sheeeesh! That's horrible! But that's what I get for slackin'. Gotta kick my butt into action again. Please feel free to help with the butt-kicking! I'm going to need it, I think. Anyway, here's my workout for the morning:
Jillian Michael's Kettlebell Training (30 min. but probably did 20.) Crunches 3 sets of 25 Single Arm Overhead Press (10lb. kbll) 2 sets of 10 Chair Dips: 13, 15, 9, 9, 15
