I have been AWOL for several months. I fell hard off the wagon. Typical reasons, a move to a new state, School, travel, a new job, and the holidays. I gained pretty much all the weight I had worked so hard to lose. Well life goes on and I am back again as thought I am still working out 6 days a week, not counting calories and eating what I want has put the weight back on. Long story short, I didn't end up moving to Chicago, I am in OK. Back to life and reality of working to get the weight off. I hope everyone is well.
