Have been suffering from stomach pain/constipation/wind for 2 months now. Started to eliminate more suspects from diet, switched to goats milk in my tea and threw out the stevia sweetner ( even though its suppose to be natural I dont trust it). I gave up bread and wheat products the same time I gave up alcohol / smoking, a year and a half ago, so its not that. I have decided to embark on a months parasite cleanse using vitaklenz, diatomaceous earth and 2-3 garlic cloves for breakfast, followed by crushed papaya seeds for lunch! ( ugh ) It may sound a silly thing to do, but when I think about it, I do de-worm the pets regularly.. bout time I did too. After all there are plenty of outside sources to pick up these things.
On a brighter note, I am LOVING riding a bicycle again. I cant believe I ever thought a car was better. It makes popping to the shops more interesting and so much fun.
