Yesterday went downhill in the afternoon. I tried eating just ONE peanut butter cracker...didn't work. I ended up having more. That snowballed into even more stuff. Had what the family had for dinner which included pasta. So, just to really round out the night I had some ice cream.

Needless to say, I didn't feel good physically, emotionally, or psychologically. So, I started fresh again today. Learning that food snowballs for me. Either I have all or nothing at all!

Boss just told me today that I have to attend a lunch that will be on the 24th. Lunch is included and I have looked at the menu...doesn't look good. Will have to cross that bridge when I get there.
