Went out for lunch yesterday and BAM ! up goes the scales. Almost a 1 kg gain! Fortunately its not log in day. I just want to officially write this down so in future I can see what a mistake it is to eat out.
🍔 Bread , 🍦 ice-cream, 🍿 deep fat fried sweet potato chips.. ALL EVIL. Once I had had the bread at lunch my cravings in the evening were high. I gave in at midnight and raided the freezer and for the first time in a year had some toast with vegemite ! NOOOooooOOOoooo
I am visiting the kids today, that usually means eating out too. hmmm.
