Ok I have been away from fatsecret since November and decided to start again. One good thing about all of this, I have put on only 4 lbs and before it gets out of hand I decided to try to get back on track. I am going to try the Weight Watchers points program as well as limiting myself to 1200 calories per day. I will try this for at least the next 6 months and hopefully the weight will come off slowly but surely. I know I can do this cause I have to be healthy.
