I am seeing the weight come off! It is so hard to stay on course! Even with a small appetite suppressant pill I am still constantly hungry. I know I must not have loaded correctly and that I may still be getting sugar in somewhere. I already plan on doing another round. So, hopefully the hunger won't continue to prevail into the next round.

Tomorrow is going to be really tough. I have a business luncheon. I have to attend. I am really hoping that they will have salad. If I have to go off course for one meal I at least want to make good decisions about what I put into my mouth.

Well if your diet calendar is correct, then I would be starving too. Five hundred calories a day is not enough to survive on. If you train your body to lose on so little calories, when you go back to eating more calories, you will gain the weight back. It would be impossible to spend the rest of your life eating that little bit. You are doing yourself a disservice. I would up your intake to at least 1000 a day. You will still lose, but be less hungry and more healthy.
