Yesterday was an ok day. I did fine until dinner when I should of had 1 bison burger instead of 2. I also probably should of had wheat roll instead of the white bread roll. Oh yea the sweet potato fries, probably should of had less instead of most of the bag, all from Trader Joes. I will do better today so far a good start, it is only at dinner time it is a struggle. One good thing is that if I can just not have to cook for "everyone" it would help. This year there will be a lot of changes because I am doing this for me and my teen and grown children will just have to understand that Mom is not going to be cooking every night.
