1-19-12 just had breakfast not full but i guess im not hungry, weighed myself 183 i think but just weighed myself again and it says 180 so whatever. Bought some omega 3 vitamins yesterday so starting that up today along with the other 2 i've been taking ( womens vitamin & vitamin D capsule). Thinking about doing an hour today in my workout maybe even an hr and a half but its just a thought so far. also having a half a cup of coffee today for the 1st time lol maybe tht can help with some xtra unwanted weight???
