just finished an hour maybe a little over and hour of zumba (but who's counting lol)...had a lil interuption from the neighbor (i live in a duplex...and thank god i'll be moving in a couple months when the lease is up), she came to tell me to turn the bass down which i did but not the volume which with me jumping around is prob worse than the base lol. yeah my short tempered self did get a lil wound up but i worked most of it out and anyway its not like im doing it at say 10 o'clock at night! it's freakin 1:30 in the afernoon for crying outloud! ugh! whatever okay im done venting...for now :/ smh.....

thank you i appreciate it, to God be the glory cause you know its a daily struggle, but everyday i feel a that much more stronger than the next especially in the workingout area.
