5/1/17 Today is the start of my new journey! I know I have said this before & shame on me for not following my own words. But this time I have a complete mindset to make this happen. By making this happen it will help me physically & mentally, spiritually.

My new goal starting today is to loss 20lbs. How am I going to do this:
1) Eat healthy by following what I learned in my class!
2) Log everything on FatSecret to stay ACCOUNTABLE!
3) Walk or elliptical every single day!
4) Helping my husband loss his weight and encouraging each other!

Today is a new day, a new journey and a very GOOD DAY!
Tomorrow is not promised so focus on today and worry about the tomorrow when it comes!!!
