Day 1 of Phase 3.

Its the end of the day and I am feeling hungry. I can't believe that. I had a lot to eat today and yet here I am...thinking of food!

Just got back from the movies and was so wanting some popcorn. Resisted that urge! yah..me! But I would love to reach for something else. But after just entering in my food I am way over my caloric limit for the day. I can't wait to see what the scale is going to tell me in the morning.

I may have to cut off my foot just to get back to where I was. I am anxious to see what happens....so until then...
